SERVE: INTERNATIONAL missions
CURRENT PROJECTS:

MEDICAL MISSION TRIP TO THE GAMBIA, AFRICA
HHPC is blessed to have the opportunity to join with Global Health Outreach to serve the least, lost, and last in the land of Republic of The Gambia, Africa. We invite you to prayerfully consider joining this team of volunteers traveling to The Gambia April 5-14, 2019 for an evangelical medical mission trip.
This is the first time GHO has the privilege in serving in this area of West Africa where they are in desperate need for the Light of the Gospel. We are partnering with a growing church in The Gambia which is located in a beautiful ocean-side setting.
We will be serving by means of primary care medicine and dental services. As the Lord builds the team, we hope to also have an eyeglass and children’s ministry. If you’ve ever wanted to go to Africa and serve the Lord on the mission field, here is your opportunity - it is only one week of service in a safe environment, and no medical experience is required! Men and women are welcome to participate, and our team even has an 11-year-old already signed up to serve alongside his mother.
To read more anout the trip and and register, visit the CMDA/GHO website. If you are interested in serving or have any questions, contact Frank Imbarrato.
“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.” Habakkuk 2:14

ADULT MISSION TRIP TO IXTAPA AND ZIHUATANEJO, MEXICO
Our SERVE team is excited put together a team of men and women from HHPC to work and minister in Mexico in the spring of 2019. Our team will be traveling to Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo, Mexico from May 1 - May 8 to work alongside the locals, finishing clean-up and repairs to their church that was damaged in the recent earthquake. There are approximately eight spots available.
Ixtapa and the old village of Zihuatanejo are located on the beautiful west coast of Mexico, about two hours north of Acapulco and across from the Baja Peninsula. Ixtapa (where our team will be staying) is a resort town built by the Mexican government, much like Cancun on the Atlantic coast. Zihuatanejo is a few miles away and on the bay as well.
Most of the physical work will be done by paying local labor as a help to the economy and the members. (The American dollar goes a long way with current exchange rates.) Much of our team’s time will be spent in ministry to the local community at the local prison and participation in the puppet ministry at various churches and other venues in the region.
For more information and to sign up, please contact John Thomas (843-338-6448).
